Egg Albumen Powder is widely used in making neutraceutical, bakery, cake, candy, etc. 
It has high whipping capacity that makes it suitable for bakery.
Powdered egg whites are usually used to stabilize foams. 
They can also be used to give texture to baked goods.

Applications
