Applications

Calcium chloride is often used as a nutrient supplement, stabilizer, thickener, and texturizer in food; it is frequently found in baked goods, dairy products, beverages, juices, coffee, tea, condiments, jellies, meat products, and other products.

Dosage

Calcium Chloride is used as a food additive to make foods taste saltier, keep color, and to keep some foods firm.

Calcium chloride is so essential to your swimming pool because it contributes greatly to the structural health of the pool itself. Adding calcium chloride to your pool will increase the overall calcium hardness levels in your pool. This fortification is essential.
