Product Application

It is using for Typical fabrics to be softened include cellulose, man-made fibres and their blends, including both woven as well as knitted fabrics.
 

Product Dose

Silicomines (Silicon+Amino) is designed as a base fluid for formulating both amino micro and macro emulsions that are used as textile softeners in fabric finishing processes. It may be used as a stand alone or in conjunction with organic softeners. Silicomines (Silicon+Amino) can be emulsified using a conventional mixer or homo-mixer to get a clear emulsion.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE:
When stored in the original, unopened containers between 10 and 400C, Silicomines (Silicon+Amino)  has a shelf life of 24 months from date of manufacture.

Concentrated Silicone Emulsions
Pretreatment Chemicals are used to convert raw fiber, yarn, or fabric into substracts suitable for dyeing printing and finishing. These fibers, yarns, fabrics could be of cotton, wool, silk, synthetics and blends of those. The pre treatment processes include :Concentrated Silicone Emulsions

Desizing
Scouring, wetting (removal of oils, waxes, dirt, etc thus imparting absorbency)
Bleaching (removal of natural coloring matter)
Mercerizing (increasing dye-ability, lustre and strength)
Pretreatment requirements are as follow:
Uniformity and levelness of effects
High absorbency
Low ash content
Freedom from size
High degree of whiteness
Absolute absence of husks
High dye absorbing power
Thus pretreatment occupies a critical position in wet processing. More than 60% of the problems encountered in finished fabrics are directly attributed to lack of proper preparation.
