Product Description: RXSOL ORG - 13 (CF Deflocculant) is a proprietary tannin-based product used for rheology control in water-based muds. It is very effective for rheology control in areas with the strictest environmental regulations. It is effective in low concentrations without requiring the use of caustic soda. RXSOL ORG - 13 (CF Deflocculant) contains an organic polymer of moderate length. It is chemically enhanced to provide more charge sites for better dispersion.The charge sites are attravcted to mud solids th at have opposite charges and satisfies those charges. This reduces the attraction of the particles for each other. Excess materi al in the electrolyte helps to repel solids from each other. Due to its small molecular size Rxsol ORG - 13 (CF Deflocculant) may be adsorbed into the interlayer area of clays causing dispersion of larger clay particles.
