RXSOL Polyacrylamide PAM Emulsion RXSOL-40-4160-210 is a high-performance liquid polymer flocculant developed for water treatment, wastewater clarification, sludge dewatering and industrial solid-liquid separation processes.
The product is manufactured as a concentrated polyacrylamide emulsion in which the polymer is maintained in a readily activatable liquid form. Upon correct dilution and inversion in water, the polymer rapidly develops into an effective flocculating solution.
RXSOL PAM Emulsion combines high molecular weight, rapid activation, good storage stability and efficient flocculation performance. Compared with conventional dry polyacrylamide powders, the liquid emulsion can significantly reduce polymer preparation and maturation time, making it particularly suitable for continuous industrial dosing systems.
The activated polymer adsorbs onto suspended particles and forms bridges between individual particles, producing larger and stronger flocs. These flocs can then be more efficiently removed through sedimentation, clarification, flotation, filtration or mechanical sludge dewatering.
