Cement Cleaning Solution for Ship Hold – RXSOL CEMENT HOLD CLEANER
RXSOL CEMENT HOLD CLEANER is a specialized marine chemical developed by RXSOL for the efficient cleaning of cement residues and deposits from ship cargo holds.
 
This heavy-duty solution is formulated specifically for marine use, making it ideal for vessels that frequently carry cement, clinker, or similar bulk materials.
 
KEY FEATURE:
 
Effectively removes cement scale and powder from cargo holds
 
Non-flammable and biodegradable and safe for crew and environment
 
Leaves hold surface clean and residue-free
 
Can be applied by spraying or brushing

How to Use:
 
Dilute RX HOLD with fresh water (typical dilution: 1:3 to 1:5 depending on thickness of cement deposits).
 
Apply the solution using a foam sprayer, mop, or brush.
 
Allow to react for 15 to 30 minutes.
 
Rinse thoroughly with high-pressure fresh water.
 
Repeat if necessary for heavily affected areas.
 
Precautions:
 
Wear appropriate PPE (gloves, goggles, face protection)
 
Avoid prolonged contact with aluminum surfaces

RXSOL-16-1077-020 must be used in open or  sufficiently ventilated areas. RXSOL-16-1077-020 should always be used concentrate (without mixing with other solvent.) For best results apply with either by brush, swab, or as  a fine spray using suitable hand held spray  equipment. Small components may be cleaned by brief immersion in a bath of RXSOL-16-1077-020.  Never use RXSOL-16-1077-020 on a running generator or motor. RXSOL-16-1077-020  can be used to clean virtually all electrical equipment  & components although  is it possible it may affect some types of rubber &  plastic .  Either  remove  rubber  &  plastic  parts  from  component  or test on small area for any reaction before cleaning.

Phosphate/pH relationship recommended to control boiler corrosion. Different forms of phosphate consume or add caustic as the phosphate shifts to the proper form. For example, addition of monosodium phosphate consumes caustic as it reacts with caustic to form disodium phosphate in the boiler water according to the following reaction:
