It is basically used in oil & greace type of product to take out sample at desired level.
Unit consist of Bucket Cup with vertical guide rod at attachment , reciprotcating hollow tube to collect the sample from bucket by tilting the tube upside down (handle side) the sampleer is collected in the container after removing plug or handle.
