Applications

Application. Dibutyl ether may be used as a solvent for the synthesis of tricarbonyl[(1,2,3,4-η)-1- and 2-methoxy-1,3-cyclohexadiene]iron by the reaction of 1-methoxy-1,4-cyclohexadiene with iron pentacarbonyl.
