Phosphoric Acid-Based Ship Cargo Hold Cleaner with Wetting Agents Specified Marine Chemicals : 

RXSOL METAL BRIGHT MB is a powerful acid-based cleaner formulated with phosphoric acid and wetting agents for effective removal of stubborn residues in cargo holds and tanks. It is specially designed to eliminate white lime residues, cement, cement clinker, gypsum, and ore deposits. It is also highly effective against fatty acid residues and caustic soda buildups.

In addition to its cleaning power, RXSOL METAL BRIGHT MB brightens and restores the appearance of metal surfaces such as aluminum, copper, and stainless steel, making it ideal for ship maintenance and cargo tank cleaning.

METAL BRIGHT MB is a high-performance metal surface brightener and descaler, widely used in the marine shipping industry for cleaning and restoring metallic surfaces, especially in engine rooms, cargo areas, and pipelines. It is typically based on inhibited phosphoric acid blended with wetting agents and corrosion inhibitors, making it both effective and safe for use on various metals.

If cargo / tank is not suitable to use alkaline cleaner then substitute of this product is Neutral Based cleaner i.e HCF Remover HD 210 Ltr

More resistant chromium-nickel grades can be passivated in a 20 percent-by-volume nitric acid bath . As indicated in the same table, less resistant stainless grades can be passivated by adding sodium dichromate to the nitric acid bath to make the solution more oxidizing and capable of forming a passive film on the surface.

Another option, used in place of nitric acid plus sodium dichromate, is to increase the concentration of nitric acid to 50 percent-by-volume , The sodium dichromate addition and lit : higher nitric acid concentration both reduce the chance of undesirable flash attack.
