RXSOL supplies Tall Oil Fatty Acid (TOFA), CAS 61790-12-3, for alkyd resins, paints, coatings, lubricants, metalworking fluids, surfactants, corrosion inhibitors and oilfield chemical formulations.

RXSOL Tall Oil Fatty Acid (TOFA) is an industrial fatty-acid raw material derived from crude tall oil and consisting predominantly of unsaturated fatty acids, particularly oleic and linoleic-type fatty acids. It offers excellent versatility as a chemical intermediate and is widely used in alkyd resins, paints and coatings, lubricants, metalworking fluids, corrosion inhibitors, emulsifiers, surfactants and oilfield chemical formulations.

Tall oil fatty acid TOFA is a low cost unsaturated fatty acid oleic acid and is a source of low boiling point fatty acids widly used in synthetic lubricants industry. Which have light in color and low in rosin is a consistent cost effective source of liquid fatty acid.
