This is a highly Active Antifoulant, Water Scale Inhibitor, Dispersant and Anti-precipitant compound for use in industrial and Marine Water systems, such as cooking systems, Heat Exchangers, air conditioning equipment, etc.

Product Application

Procedure Of Use and Dose Rates: POLYELECTROLYTE  polymer  of RXSOL-51-6001-025 reacts with the potential scale forming salts in the water to prevent them from adhering to heat transfer surfaces. These solids are held in suspension and  easily removed  from  the evaporator  line. Finally RXSOL-51-6001-025 also have defoaming properties by which will stop foaming in EVAPORATOR. And by that way Distilled water quality is maintained in side the EVAPORATOR.

Used in both high and low pressure evaporators.

Setting the Flow RateThe treatment is added to the dosage tank and mixed with water. Example: With the 0.5 litres of Vaptreat add sufficient water to make up 50 litres of liquid.The standard flow meter is Adjustable-Rate=0-l00ml/minute.Flow rate calculation: Flowrate = 50 Litres/24 x 60= 35 ml/min setting  i.eThis will last 24 hours.

Note: We can remove  existing  mineral scale deposits  by using  A  5-10%  solution of  RXSOL-51-6001-025 Otherwise to save money and cleaning of HARD DEPOSITS which is formed due to not proper treratment of Evaporator, we have specialized Safe Scale Remover with Indicator ( Product code is RXSOL-22-2210-200 ).

Whats the Dose Ratio of RXSOL VAPOR TREATMENT Chemicals?

Dilute the RXSOL VAPOR TREATMENT chemicals with water and continuously inject via evaporator inlet or the salt water supply lineand dose into the evaporator system. 30 ml Dose per ton of Seawater is recommended for the prevention of scaling in seawater evaporators. Dose can vary  depends on the capacity and the operating conditions of the evaporator.

LIQUIVAP TREAT is an advanced liquid boiler water treatment product, formulated with polymer scale inhibitors, alkaline compounds, phosphates and condensate protecting amines. In addition to combining alkalinity control, scale inhibitors, and deposit control, LIQUIVAP TREAT provides protection from corrosion. It efficiently treats Boiler/Steam Water in System lines and Condensate. It provides an excellent and very practical way of treatment, using only one product. Scale, corrosion and foaming are the main problems in Marine Boilers, due to the fact that when the water evaporates, precipitation of salts occurs rapidly.
 
If these salts were not treated they could be turned into very hard scale deposits, which would reduce the system ability to produce steam. This can result in a low volume of steam, which can delay critical operations
on the vessel where steam is used as the ‘driving force’, and will certainly increase the cost of heating, as more fuel would be required to produce the same result.If the boiler water is not treated properly, this would be rapidly resulting in the whole system deterioration due to corrosion.
 
LIQUIVAP TREAT controls the problems described above by achieving the appropriate chemical concentrations and their correct monitoring will maintain the system in a good working condition. When properly dosed it creates the required Alkalinity and Phosphate concentration levels to avoid the acidic “attack” and salts precipitation respectively.
 
Furthermore, it releases into the system a volatile amine inhibitor that circulates with steam in the tube lines, protecting the steel metallic surfaces and condensate system from Carbonic Acid “attack”. Along with the use of LIQUIVAP TREAT the application of an Oxygen scavenger is required to completely remove the Oxygen dissolved in water, as this is the main cause of corrosion in the system. LIQUIVAP TREAT can be combined  with  Oxygen scavengers and other boiler water treatment chemicals.
