Product Application

Brilliant cresyl blue solution is used in hematology as staining solution to examine reticulocytes in blood film. 
 Smear a small drop of the blood over the stain layer.

Product Dose

Prepare a saturated solution of methylene blue by adding 1.5 g powdered methy- lene blue to 100 mL 95% ethyl alcohol. 
Slowly add the alcohol to dissolve the powder

Product Note

Brilliant Cresyl Blue is a supravital stain used for staining reticulocytes and platelets. 
It is a staining solution that makes target structures (by staining) in hematological specimen materials evaluable for diagnostic purposes
